Christian Church in YonkersChildren’s Ministry: Age appropriate classes for children ages 1 - 12 so that they can learn the bible at their level in a fun and creative way.

"Little Lambs" 1 - 4 years old

"Big Lambs" 5 - 8 years old

"Shepherd's Flock" 9 - 12 years old

  • Sunday Classroom Curriculum:

      • New Born – Crawlers are with Moms in the “Mother’s Nursing Room” 1st Floor – A Live Video Feed is provided. – NO MEN ALLOWED.
      • Ages 1 – 4’s class use the “Joy & Sunshine Collective” An Artful Christian Classroom – Preschool Bible and Alphabet Lessons
      • Ages 5 – 8’s class use Answers in Genesis Bible Curriculum (ABC)
      • Ages 9 – 12’s class use the Answers in Genesis Bible Curriculum (ABC)

  • Wednesday Night Service, we use selective Bible accounts and the Heros of the Faith Movie Series for verbal interaction in a multi-grade learning environment.

You can rest assured that the teachers on staff are prayerfully studying the Bible lessons during the week so that they can effectively share the love of Jesus and His Word with the children.

We believe that the church is to come along side of the family when it comes to the Biblical instruction of their children and teenagers. Therefore, we encourage the parents to be active in reinforcing the lessons their children and teenagers are learning in church during the week so that the whole family is growing in Christ together.

CLASSROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH SECURITY CAMERAS.

For your peace of mind, we conduct a thorough nationwide criminal and sex offender background check on all current and future teachers and aids that serve in our Children's and Youth Ministries here at CCGT. All background checks are documented and archived in our office.
